For defective products, we require clear photos or videos showing the issue within 30 days of receiving the product.
Please note that we will not process exchanges or refunds after this period.
3 – Request Review
Your request will be reviewed within up to 2 working days. After the analysis, we will contact you and you may choose one of the following options:
• Receive a refund of the amount paid;
• Receive a replacement product identical to the one ordered (subject to stock availability);
• Receive a similar product of equal value;
• Receive a store credit voucher equal to the amount paid, to be used on future purchases.
