1 – How long does it take for my product to arrive?
A: The average delivery time is 7 to 20 calendar days, counted from the date of dispatch.

2 – Where does the product come from?
A: Products are shipped directly from international factories. The estimated delivery time is the one informed at the time of checkout.

3 – Can I collect my order in person?
A: No. All deliveries are carried out via Royal Mail or partner courier services. Mountain World operates exclusively as an e-commerce store and does not have a physical shop.

4 – Are the products original?
A: Yes. We work exclusively with original products and brands that are recognised worldwide in the outdoor segment.

5 – I purchased more than one product in the same order, but I only received part of it. Is this normal? Will the other products be delivered?
A: Yes, this may happen. In some cases, products are shipped from different logistics centres. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers via email so you can fully monitor your delivery.

6 – What if my delivery is delayed?
A: Please rest assured. Delays may occasionally occur, although they are rare. Your shipment is monitored daily by our team, and you will be contacted if there is any situation outside the normal process. If, for any unexpected reason, your product does not arrive, your payment will be 100% refunded.
